About
William "Billy" Davis Jr., Founder
Billy is a builder-operator who has spent his career turning growing organizations into ones that run on systems. He has served as chief of staff to a CEO and a COO, built and led enterprise program management offices, and directed multi-site standardization, M&A integration and technology consolidation programs, including work for private equity-backed companies.
His approach traces back to military service, where he ran a standardization program for flight operations: define the standard, train to it and measure it.
